Just a few little ditties that I bought to decorate my room… TGIF!
So I will admit… I am a fat kid at heart. Literally, colleagues in my office bring in candy and sweets just because they know I will be the one to eat all of it. What can I say?! My mouth waters over cupcakes like this and I seriously have close to no will power at all to stop myself from eating at least three of them!
They sort of speak for them self. Yum.
So, I’ve mentioned this before… but I have this obsession with anything pottery barn/antique/vintage looking. I just want to eat it all up! When I walk into an antique shop, and I find the corner with old wood looking items, glass doorknobs, and antique mirrors… I swoon. Literally.
I took these photos outside my house the other day. Thought I would throw some of my favorite things together just for fun. Enjoy!
Let me start by saying thank you, thank you, thank you to Dana Duncan for allowing me to shadow her on my sisters engagement shoot a few weekends ago! I think there is a good chance I was more nervous then maybe Pam was… I just couldn’t handle it! I was so excited to learn new techniques and just be able to communicate one on one with another experienced photographer that I barely slept the night before! …(stop judging)…
It was such an awesome day… the weather could not have been more perfect. These photos are extra special to me because, well… Pam’s my sister, and well… she’s a pretty awesome one too. Brandon is a lucky man… I mean, lets get serious here… he gets ME as a sister-in-law!
I love nothing more than capturing true love at it’s best… and that afternoon it truly was. I could not be more excited for Pam and Brandon’s wedding next fall and am so happy to be a part of their big day.
I hope all of you enjoy these photos just as much as I enjoyed having the opportunity to take them.
This one may just be my all time fav.
I spent Easter weekend in Baltimore visiting my sister and shadowing her photographer, Dana Duncanduring their engagement shoot. It was one of the most gorgeous days that morning and meeting Dana and talking photography all day made the day that much better. Yes, I am a nerd and like to talk about lenses and ISO’s and little things to make me a better photographer!
I am SO close to being finished editing the photos from the shoot… promise, they’ll be up soon! Here’s a sneak peak of the day and a few things that I found along the way…
Spring is here… or at least in Baltimore is was last weekend! So pretty.
My sister probably could not have been happier that day if we tried. It was so much fun watching
her and Brandon interact with one another from behind my lens.
I just thought this door was rockin’. I’ll leave it at that!
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend… Cheers!
